The Masonic Museum and Library envisions themselves connecting more to the Indianapolis community, as well as increasing their memberships. My class project for Museum Administration was to create a strategic plan in line with their mission and vision that would help them to achieve this.  In the plan, four goals are outlined with objectives to help them achieve this.  The goals addressed topics such as visibility, accessibility, building renovations, as well as marketing and advertising suggestions.  The steps given to MLMI will guide them for the next five years.
